Job Role:
Inbound Sales Consultant – International Market (Australia)
Location:
Gurugram, Haryana
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualified leads across Australia
Educate homeowners about government rebates for solar panels, batteries, heat pump water systems, and energy-efficient appliances
Build trust and guide customers through the decision-making process
Maintain CRM hygiene and manage follow-up pipelines
Achieve sales KPIs while delivering exceptional service
Qualification:
Minimum 1-year experience in outbound or inbound sales for English-speaking countries (Australia, UK, or US)
Domestic (India-only) sales experience not considered
Skills:
Excellent English communication with a neutral or AU-adaptable accent
Strong persuasion, patience, and emotional intelligence
Discipline in follow-ups and CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
Interest in clean technology and renewable energy
Experience:
2–5 years in inside sales/tele-sales for international markets
Salary:
₹36,000 – ₹55,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Working Hours: Morning shift, 05:00 AM – 02:30 PM IST
Work Location: In-person (Strictly Work from Office)
